Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026. This privacy policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and what choices you have. It applies to fatal-blackout.us only.
This site is an independent review website. It is not the official Fatal Blackout website and it does not sell, ship or fulfil any product. If you buy through a link here, your order and any personal or payment details you enter are handled entirely by the publisher on their own checkout, under their own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no contact form, comment box or newsletter signup on this site. We therefore do not collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers or payment details.
Like almost all websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information automatically when a page is served. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page you requested, the page that referred you, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to keep the site running, diagnose faults and understand aggregate traffic patterns. It is not used to identify you personally.
If you email us at the address on our Order Support page, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. We use it only to reply.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies of its own. Two third-party services can set cookies or read device information when their features are used:
- Affiliate tracking. When you click a link to the publisher's order page, the merchant's affiliate network may set a cookie so that a resulting purchase is credited to this site. This cookie is set on the merchant's domain, not ours.
- Social sharing. The AddToAny sharing buttons in the footer load only after you interact with the page. Once loaded, AddToAny may set cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading anything on this site.
How Information Is Used
We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the website, to measure traffic in aggregate, to reply to emails you send us, and to receive affiliate commission attribution. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Third Parties
Clicking a link on this site may take you to the publisher's website or to an affiliate network. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external website, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site before providing information to it.
Data Retention and Security
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period as part of normal operations and are then rotated out. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the site, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold very little personal information, most requests will be answered by confirming that we hold nothing beyond routine server logs. To make a request, email us using the address on our Order Support page.
To exercise these rights in relation to an order you placed, contact the publisher directly at [email protected], because they, not we, hold your order data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Contact
Questions about this privacy policy can be sent through our Order Support page. Questions about an order, a delivery or a refund must go to the publisher at [email protected].
