Digital access is issued immediately after payment. If nothing has arrived, check your spam and promotions folders first, then search your inbox for the publisher's name. If it is genuinely missing, email support with your order number and the address you paid with.

Where is my printed book?

The physical book ships separately from the digital access and takes longer to arrive. Shipping is free at checkout. For a delivery status or a corrected address, contact the publisher's support team — only they can see the shipment.

How do I cancel the Survival Intelligence Report trial?

The order page includes a fourth bonus, the Survival Intelligence Report, as a seven-day free trial that then bills at $15.46 per week unless it is cancelled. The publisher states it can be cancelled with one phone call to their support line, or by replying to the welcome email and requesting cancellation.
